Meet on Instagram was very nice and sweet then started talking in hangout almost a month later he said that his acct officer wanted my cc to pay installments on a business they wanted to start up. I believe he is using someone elses picture when I told them no they immediately deleted me I reported them to Instagram..this is the 3 or 4th time this happen I'm thinking it might be the person who scammed back in april... cause they said something like we have met before..
