A man claiming to be a Timothy Cavanaugh from the law firm of Bronstein and Weiss was calling claiming that he was representing the client, whom he never names, in a matter of a payment from a closed bank account. He claimed the client authorized to sue me for this supossed payment, but was calling to discuss my payment options before that happened. I was supossed to return his call before the end of business that day because they were going to proceed the following day. I believe this is a scam because he never said he was a debt collector, never named the client, called several days in a row with the same story and called my wife's phone, not mine. I searched the web about the company and they have over 100 complaints against them. I never returned his calls.
