A fuser was ordered from on Dec. 18, 2018, order #***, for the cost of $49.50. Our charge card was charged for that amount. On the brokenprinter site our purchase was marked as shipped, however we never received the part. Over the course of two months I have emailed them 10 different times to find out why we haven't received the part. Chris, has given me several different reasons why it hasn't shipped and each time told me he would check into it and get one sent right away 2 day shipping (8 times). At one point he sent me a photo of a torn piece of paper with a tracking number on it. When that number is put in tracking it shows "pre-shipment" waiting to be accepted. He also assured me we would get a discount for the delay. Neither has happened. The last email I received from Chris was on Feb. 11th and he again assured me they had plenty of fusers and he would get one in the mail that day, 2 day shipping. Not received and the last 2 emails I sent him have not been answered. Today is now Feb 22nd and no fuser and no refund in spite of all his promises.
