Placed order for a Christmas gift on 12/12/23 through a website listed as state side (US). After a couple of weeks and after Christmas I received a tracking number from China to my surprise. I tracked my package all the way from China to Alaska. I live in Louisiana. I contacted the company regarding the issue and they said they would send out another order to make up for the mistake. I have been in contact with this company or person since my order was late in December as I needed it for Christmas. They assured me the package was mailed but could never get a tracking number. I have over 30 emails regarding my order. I tried to email them today 3/3/24 and the email no longer works and phone number is always on busy signal.
