I purchased 2 items on this website. I paid for expedited shipping. After 3 weeks, I contacted the merchant. They said they would expedite shipping. I never received the products. I disputed with my credit card company. The merchant sent them a copy USPS label and said they would not refund me. If you track the USPS label, you can see that it was not delivered to me.

I sent another e-mail to them telling them this and a copy of the tracking of the package. They do not respond
