This website.stole 87.00 from me i ordered a drill set and they said they would redund me momey because they were out of stock they never did

This is an online shopping scam that uses a low price to lure victims. This deceptive site stole $99.99 from my checking account. I went to my bank, Wells Fargo, to ask for their help. I filed a claim and the bank investigated Bringappliances.com that day. Wells Fargo issued me a new card to stop this site from using it any more.

My wife and I don't drive and shopping from home is a big help. We are retired and have very modest means so we look for bargains on what we need. I hope the websites that cause this harm can be controlled.

Through this document, it is my intention to keep record that on Saturday, July 21, 2018, I was a victim of Scam on an e-commerce platform in which they have stayed with $ 197.23 of my property.

Detail:

I was looking on google.com to buy a Yeti brand cooler. The prices on average were $ 250.- / $199.- I found a promotion sponsored by google ads, from a website called www.bringappliances.com for a price of $ 91.99 + taxes.

I made the purchase and received an email that said the transaction was successful and I will receive the product between 4 to 6 days.

Since the price was very good I bought the item again as a gift to my brother in law in New Jersey.

Then, speaking with a friend, they made me understand that the deal was too good to be real, so I started researching the website and found that the domain name was not more than 20 days since its creation and I also researched the domain name at www.scamadviser.com. The result was that it is a website with high risk and not trustful.

I tried to contact the company and there is no contact phone number. Send an email and apparently they do not work during the weekend, but today Monday noon, no one has contacted me ether.

I did some more research and the company says it is in California but after tracking DNS I found that it is on servers in Canada.

I did the search in google of the product again and I found that it was no longer in www.bringappliances.com and that website did not have any content of other products for sale. I continued researching and www.bringappliances.com is connected to www.artscraftszone.com and www.babariso.com where they have absolutely the same lay out and graphic design with the same promotion. This criminal organization has a bigger phishing / scam websites than I thought. Also I think they are related with the hosting company provider as I try to contact them and explain them they are hosting scam websites and they didn´t care. The company is vultr.com

I tried to contact Citibank all Saturday. No telephone line worked correctly. Neither the telephone number that is on the back of the debit card. It was very frustrating and I am highly disappointed by the CitiBank service on Saturday.

I had to enter the CitiBank platform and try to contact you via WebChat. The representative told me that they can not do anything until the delivery period is fulfilled. What she did not understand is that there is not going to be any shipping of my product because it is a ghost company and if you do not act and prohibit purchases on those websites you are letting more people and Citibank customers fall into the same trap.
