I Purchased a Hair growth shampoo product from BrinaOrganics.com I purchased because the reviews they had on Etsy.com where all so positive about how good the product works and how good it smells etc. Well now I know the reviews definitely are fake reviews. The shampoo I received for one looked like water with little twigs in it. Two it had no scent to it whatsoever good or bad. And to top it off when I lathered in my hair it did not soap or lather like a shampoo it just felt like something dry I was rubbing in my hair. I went on the website and looked up their return policy and it says no returns or exchanges... weird I wonder why? Then I contacted the owner who put her cell phone on the site and Explained my experience and asked if maybe I received a faulty product and she responded as follows, " Hi I apologize that you don't like the liquified shampoo. Yes return it and I will refund you. Thanks." No where on the online description of the shampoo stated is a "liquified shampoo" that seems like water and tree bark. I then responded thank you what do you need for me to return? Do I need to include the order number with my return? Is there a label you can provide etc? And no response. I've reached out 3 different times And occasions asking before I send what else I need to include for my return and It shows she read my message but does not respond. I honestly feel this owner is trying to just receive her product back and go

MIA by not providing the money back. Complete SCAM. At this point she can keep the $20-$40 whatever i spent on it I don't remember. The worst part about this report is after using the shampoo I started feeling a burning sensation on my scalp and now several days later I've been experiencing large clumps of hair loss falling out of my hair. This product Is clearly not safe and needs to be removed from the internet before it harms anyone else. I did not mention this part to the owner as I am not the confrontational type, I prefer just reporting her to the FDA and let you guys handle her. I will notify her of my complaint now. Thanks!
