They sent me 7 yellow plastic tent steaks in place of the car tents I paid $64.00 for. When I contacted them about their mistake they offered me $5.00 as compensations for my unhappiness. They asked me to return my order, (which I did not receive) the tent steaks and they refused to pay for the return shipping of their mistake! They keep telling me that my order was delivered, but refused to verify that it was the pop up car tents I ordered and that is what wad sent to me! I emailed them a copy of my order that they refused to acknowledge and I sent them a picture of the yellow stakes I received as proof of their mistake. They will not acknowledge their mistake and they refused to refund my order!
