Bought eyelash on April 9th. Sent 5 emails asking where my product is without any specific answer. I asked for a refund since I have not received the product. I asked PayPal to get involved and they closed the case after a few days stating the company told them the product is enroute.apparently there are many others and when I went to give bad review on Facebook to warn others, it was erased

I purchased a braided headband with attached bangs from Brilliaire in April 2020. After waiting more than the expected time to receive it, I used the tracking number provided. No shipment was on record, even though they had emailed me to say it was on it's way. Since then, I have read many consumer comments saying Brilliaire is a scam operation. I want my money back.

I placed an order to Brilliaire on May 1st after receiving many emails about purchasing more from them I started to question. They sent me an email stating my order would process and I emailed them after not hearing any tracking information about wanting to cancel my order. They never responded. I did my research on this company, turned out to be a scam website. They have done this to many other's. They just want your money! I will never order from these frauds! It shows now name, no contact number. I should of known. I do not often do online shopping. Never again! ??
