I ordered two interactive ponies on June 27, 2020. No returned email or reason why. All means of to get answers have failed. Order #'s 4277 & 4279.

I purchased the Horse from this company for $59.99 on June 24,2020.
I got one text after sending them several on when the Horse would be sent. It read we got so many orders so it may take longer then 5 weeks. Your order is on the list to be shipped shortly so please be patient. Didn’t hear so I again test asking when or if it was shipped.
I have not heard since the 1 text. I tried to call the number in Kentucky but all they said the person not available leave a message. Never got a call. This was fast cash scam. Never was going to produce the horse. Phone number I got was 502 519-0393. Sharon. Order #3460.

I ordered the interactive pony and have never received my order. They just took my 59.99. They are a bunch of thieves. I ordered the interactive pony on 7/30/20. I have sent numerous emails and all I get is that the item was a pre order and it should arrive in two to four weeks. It is now 9/21/20. I call the phone number and I just get a message not available. Something needs to be done with this company. I have read so many reviews that this company is a scam and I will never get my money back. They should be ashamed of themselves as so many children are waiting for the pony and they are sad when you tell them it will never come.

Ordered 2 ponies on June 17th and nothing, even after 3 emails. The first reply was:

We have since hired extra workforce for this.

On Mon, Jun 29, 2020, 8:17 PM Horse & Pony™. Second email sent on August 18th to them response was:

This was a pre order and the items are now ready to ship.

Please allow 2_4 weeks for delivery.

Thank you for the patience.

Best regards.
Sent a 3rd email last week and this time no reply sent.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I guess I'm just out $120.00. Going to report this to BBB.

I placed my order for interactive horse back in June after seeing the special one day sale on Facebook. Brilea Design took my 59.99 and after many emails back and forth...and their promise that it’s on its way...it is Sept 9th and still nothing! I wouldn’t recommend this company and am going to file a complaint with BBB .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Just as the posters above, I too have been scammed! My order was placed in June and I have not received anything. I’ve emailed several times and seem to get the same repeated response as everyone else. Nothing but scammers and I hope karma bites you in the a$$!

I ordered a pony back in June. I never received it . I got an e mail saying that O would receive it in 4 weeks. Never got it! What can I do about this

I ordered from this company on June 19th. August 26th I still have not received. After I opened a case through PayPal they then show it shipped August 11th. This shows to be a United States company but clearly is not. There was no mention of delayed shipment when ordering. I don’t even want it anymore. If you’re buying for an occasion you have to buy another gift.

I placed order from information on Facebook for a pony for a child. Do not order from this company, Brilea Designs. They are scammers. They have listed several websites, all with the same fake phone number 502-519-0393. It has been reported to the BBB. They have checked all of the websites, also. Every website is fake, too. One is completely shut down. I am reporting the information to the FBI, IC3.gov. Hopefully this company!??! can be removed from Facebook and Google.
