This company uses deceptive advertising by depicting products that are higher quality than those actually received by the buyer. Packages arrived damaged due to poor shipping containers. The package of the product purchased had a different name than that which was ordered. The return policy claims "Money back guarantee, no questions asked;" however, the company will only refund the buyer's money if they pay shipping costs to return the product to China and the company finds the product to be in "acceptable" condition. There is nothing to protect the buyer from products that were damaged upon shipping to them or products damaged upon shipping back to the company.
