This was supposed to be just a normal day so I don’t remember specifically what day but within a month months before 10/21/21 I went to the place behind this car wash my mother recommended to me, the first time I go there for a nail in my tire, that day I asked her about how to read my tire size and psi, so now she knows I’m dumb. She said they couldn’t replace my tire or fix it. They wanted $400 just for one tire and mind u I had a 2001 vehicle. So I go back two weeks later for a oil change and to change the spare tire I had on it. I get there they say it’s going to be about $100.t their office door was locked so I couldn’t wait anywhere except outside. Now since they had a Certified mechanic certificate I thought I could do what I needed for school in my phone. They took my vehicle around behind the building. I didn’t think to check my oil before I left. They charged me $90 no receipt and disappeared after they gave me back my car so that was a red flag there. That night my radiator tube busted in a drive thru and had to nutural it out of line. We go ahead the next day and replace it. Of course I have a job but I didn’t and still don’t have money to just a buy new car or another car. So this vehicle was my last resort my everything I had. The next two days pass and I’m on my way home, the car starts clicking when accelerating I knew something was wrong not even a minute later my car starts smoking and my car is [censored]ing hot, we check the engine and there is BONE DRY no OIL! I call up the tired and wheels place saying hey, I’m trapped on the side of the road because my car has no oil! The guy stutters and hand the phone over to the girl that I knew worked there has nothing to say except “oh they put oil in” and repeating herself, telling me to tow it over there if something is wrong with the oil they said they would fix but if anything else was wrong I would have to pay out of pocket her specific words. so I call my sitter to come get me to go get some oil for the ride home, it was never the same after that So now it busted and all my liquids mixed after I put the oil in. We fixed the gas pump still nothing. So I took it back to their shop while my car was smoking and shaking like hey I was here three weeks ago, I have no oil in my car. I could go sooner because I’m homeless and had no one to take my car to the shop. The guy looks down behind the tire like and says oh yeah I put oil , ok where ? I said showed them the dipstick and all they have to say is sorry we can’t do anything about it “it was too long” “your car would have broken down before u got out of here” and said to take it to small claims court but that it wouldn’t be worth it. I’m not the only one this has happened to this business is a scam and needs to be shut down they can’t just steal parts and think they can get away with it. People work hard as [censored] for their money not to be just taken advantage of just because I’m a woman who doesn’t know everything they do.
