On October 27, 2022, I placed an order on the internet for various items that I never received. Order #1137S157663. I contacted them by email on December 8, 2022, December 24, 2022, January 4, 2023, and finally January 11, 2023. They responded each time with excuses. "Freight confirms that your order is still in transit", "The shipping company reported that your parcel is on its way to you. Please don't worry about it.", "Our warehouse just informed us the factory has some production issues, but they have just fixed it these days.", "Sorry to keep you waiting. But as your order is on its way to you, we can't issue a refund." They charged my credit card $271.20. I have copies of all the emails and credit card transaction.
