Ordered some of their glowing balls as Christmas gifts for my kids!! Ad says 3-5 days until arrival--I ordered on Dec 6. The email I received today is blaming the tardiness on the holidays. I would guess I've emailed them upwards of 10 times and every email I send them is responded to with an automated response. The tracking hasn't updated since the date of purchase. I would like a refund and for them to be put to a stop!!
