I came across the company BrightEyes on social media and after looking at their what SEEMED legitimate webpage, signed up with my email address to get their 'black friday 50% off discount' for prescription colored contacts (TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE-SHOULD'VE KNOWN!!!). After about after a week or so of looking on their website and at the accompanying pictures of instagram-model-types in their colored contacts, I finally decided to order a pair and use my discount code. The purchase came out to 59bucks and that also included express shipping which is supposed to take 2-3days to arrive at your doorstep. Mind you this was Thanksgiving/Black Friday-peak holiday shopping time- so I was not expecting 2-3 days to actually mean 2 or 3 days, but I did expect that paying for the express shipping would help move my order along a bit faster than standard shipping. After ordering, I was sent a confirmation email and receipt from Brighteyes as well as PayPal--whom I went through to finalize the transaction; PayPal being an ordering option is also why I didn't give it a second thought to being legit.I did find it odd that the PayPal receipt said "J. Miloveski&M.Perri" but then at the bottom of the receipt from PayPal it also said, "this transaction will appear on your credit card statement as BrightEyes Contacts" so I didn't feel any hesitation or anxiety about the purchase. Skip foward three months and I have not heard another word from this company. I have sent numerous emails and have gotten nothing in return. I have written on their reviews page and my reviews were never posted. I wrote on their Pintrest and Youtube and both of my comments were immediately deleted. However, I was sent an email 2 weeks ago from BrightEyes that said something along the lines of, "sorry for the delay! Your order will be re-processed free of charge and arrive shortly!" and then along with that was a copy of my original transaction and then they tried to charge my card AGAIN for the exact same amount but this time I put a stop to it before it could be taken out of my account to go to these lying scammers! I have researched as much as was available to me and it turns out I am only one of many whom this has happened to with these horrible people.. And sadly, they are being heavily advertised all over every popular social media platform you can think of and they look very promising at first glance. I am now inquiring and investigating with PayPal to get my money back...hopefully. Thakfully, it was only 59 dollars, however, if they are doing this to thousands of people who each pay 59dollars, then they have the potential to make a TON OF MONEY fraudulently at the expense of innocent consumers!

Where do I start? Bright Eyes Contacts; they’re a rather big company that gathers a lot of fame and pays for advertisements to sell their non-existent products. They’re pretty famous on social media, and others seem to get their products (such as beauty influencers that get paid to advertise their ‘products’), but I don’t believe that anymore seeing as my experience was horrendous. I messaged their Instagram, which is what they use for customer support multiple times about my order, and the most recent one was left on seen, but the others were seen and responded to. As seen below, they would tell me they just have a mass of orders that makes them not ship them fast enough. I paid $46.99 on this, including $19.99 on shipping, to get 3-7 day, but that’s not what happened at all. Many others have had the same issue and I didn’t realize until now. Along with all of this, they said that they’d provide a tracking number, I never got that either. I didn’t get my product, and again, nor the emails with the additional information. Don’t buy any contacts from them, they’re scammers.

DO NOT BUY CONTACT LENSES FROM THIS SITE! I ordered contact lenses from them and was not offered a tracking number after being told my lenses Gad shipped. I asked them numerous times about the status of my order and they sent me the same generic email every time saying that they had recently received an influx of orders they were trying to get my order out as soon as possible. Why would you tell someone their order shipped and then tell them they were too busy and would send them soon? That did not make sense to me. After almost 2 months of waiting I asked them to please refund my money. They told me they would and if I didn’t receive my refund in 3-5 days to contact my bank. Of course I did not receive my refund and now this company will not respond to my emails and there’s nothing my bank can do for me after filing a dispute with them for my lost money. This company is a scam looking to take your money. There is no phone number to contact them on their website and nowhere to leave a review to warn others of this scam. I will use whatever means necessary to spread the word about how awful this supposed “company” is. I am sure I am not the first person to be ripped off by brighteyescontacts.com!

I’ve purchased contacts with Bright Eyes Contacts on June 15, 2018 and still haven’t received my order and I’ve continuously contacted the company via email and I’ve been get the run around for almost 2 months straight. I purchased 7-11 day shipping and still haven’t received my order. I emailed the company numerous of times and after I threatened to expose the fraudulent company the sent me an email the next day and said my order was on the way and that was on July 18-19.
