I purchased products from this website and have not received goods. Over 5 months of communication via facebook and all that the company says is that there has been a delay or that a replacement has been sent out. They refuse to return the money or give actual evidence that the product is being delivered. Status on the order has been shown as unfulfilled for over 5 months. I also have went onto their facebook platform and noticed similar comments from other customers stating that their order had not been received. Bright eye contacts is deleting any negative comments minutes within it posting on their facebook so that others can't see it. I have taken screenshots to save as evidence. I find this very odd and suspicious that they will not give refunds, fill orders and delete any negative comments.
