I just spoke to this breeder by the name of Nick Severson, Brighland Aussies. I was communicating by email with him regarding purchasing an AKC puppy and flying her into Texas. I decided to call him when I received his contract. He stated by email that it would be a AKC full registration and when I got the contract it was an AKC limited registration. When I called him, he said that I could change it to a full registration. I explained to him that only the owner of the litter could do that. He refused to show me any paperwork, AKC or genetics (he said parents were clear) until I paid in full for the puppy. I called AKC and they could not find any registration under his name. When I spoke to him on the phone, he said that the litter was registered under his name. The guarantee on his website was not defined in the contract so I questioned him on that too. He got angry with me and told me not to call the number back. When calling the number, it sounded like it was transferred to out of country call by the different ring you hear. He sends actual videos of the parents and the puppies. This is a scam!! There is another complaint on him on the ScamPulse.com Scam link. I did not move forward with transaction but would like to get the word out and warn others before they do. His link is below and I have attached a copy of his contract.
