According to their contract, they owe me 2,900 + 90 for travel plus the expenses for shipping materials and gas. They never paid me, I couldn't pay my rent as a result, they stole money from me and im a single mom with no child support. I am angry and they need to pay what they owe plus damages

If you are still getting packages, I would keep the merchandise. And sell it to make your money Ha Ha Brield

Same as all of you. Worked all November, no check, web site is gone now, can’t log into the chat on the mailing platform; it is gone also.
My Question? What is there goal? Was it to steel our identity, that seems a bit off, did we really do work that someone wanted for no pay? MY BIG FEAR - what about that W9 & the contract for employment we signed? Even though they didn’t pay can they still submit to the IRS that all of us worked for them and they paid us because we signed that we would? How do we head that off at tax time.
Would like to find out what others think or are doing; copied a few of your emails and will reach out. Mine is [email protected]
I would suggest everyone alert their banks, mortgage companies & freeze your credit reports. Who knows what they are up to.

I found a return shipping label that I still had so I put in the address which is: WAREHOUSE UNIT, 16027 Live Oaks Circle, Rosharon Tx 77583… just like the addresses they used in California Google Map brings up residential homes when you put this address in Google Maps it brings up mobile homes… do you think that this can help us?

They sent a employment agreement, I electronically signed…I was in contact with the the same people..Zoe Robert’s, Nataly Coleman and Jennifer Edwards. At the end of the 30 days they told me that they sent the check and it would take 10 days, when it didn’t arrive they said they would send another..I am still waiting! My email is Luvtliv@ gmail.com

Same thing happened to me but I filled a "wage claim" against them at the Department of Industrial Relations State of California https://mycadir.force.com. I haven't heard anything yet but I have my case number and the case has been assigned to a claim specialist. I'm just waiting, I don't know how long this might take.

Would this work for South Carolina also or are you in California?

This place is a scam. They do business under the name Brield.

They pursued me online for a remote position as a Quality Control inspector at T Management inc by an individual named Merrill Alberti ([email protected]) via email. Later Zoe Roberts at [email protected] & [email protected] contacted me from a company called Brield contacted me and scheduled an interview with me for a role as a remote inventory associate on the same email thread.

A young lady contacted me from a California number and asked me a question about customer service. Within a day I was hired.

I was sent a conditional job offer for 30 days by Zoe Roberts and Jennifer Edwards . In the job offer read the following:

"Welcome to our team. It's a pleasure to meet you!

First things first. As you have read in your Employment Agreement, your first day of work will begin once you process your first order. This day will be reflected in the CRM system as My Account - Account Details - Account Open Date. The dates of your following paydays will be shown there as well.

For your probation month, you will earn a $2900 base rate + $90 transport expenses = $2990/month.

In a permanent position, you will earn a $3200 base rate + $150 transport expenses = $3350/month.

We've got a few perks to offer you once you get on board with us:

Sometimes you will incur other job-related expenses for items such as clear packing tape, ink cartridges, basic printer, etc. You are eligible for reimbursement on these products. Just email the copies of your receipts for job-related purchases to the Payroll Department as an attachment. You can send them one by one, or submit all of them at the end of your probation.

The reimbursement for job-related expenses, as well as a fixed amount of gas reimbursement, will be added to your first paycheck altogether. No need to attach receipts for gas.

Please, keep in mind that you are eligible to receive a bonus for any extra working hours. Keep notes on every weekend/overtime processing (including order IDs) in any format, which is more convenient for you, and then email it to me 3 days before the end of your probation.

As soon as the received information is confirmed by our Sales Department, the total amount of bonuses will be calculated and added to your first paycheck.

Now let's get to the specific documentation we need to receive from you to make sure your paycheck gets processed smoothly and in time on your scheduled payday.

Your first payment for the probationary period will be processed on an Independent Contractor basis with no taxes deduction. For this reason, you are required to fill out the IRS W-9 tax form. Please, be advised that your earnings must be reported to the IRS at the end of the year. You can find the IRS W-9 tax form enclosed. Please, return it to me within 2 days since your probation starts to avoid any delays in releasing your paycheck.

No documents by regular mail are accepted since we are unable to guarantee the security of sensitive information provided. At the same time, our email correspondence runs through encrypted electronic channels and remains highly secured and safe.

Your first paycheck is available in a form of a regular paper check and will be mailed at the end of your training (30 days after the first package gets processed) on your scheduled payday since there might be bonuses or fines (per our Employment Agreement) applied. However, you can opt for direct deposit and bi-weekly payments once you are enrolled in a permanent position with our company.

Upon the end of your training, it will be decided if you are offered a full-time position in our company or not. The evaluation report on your performance will be sent over to our HR Department by your manager on the last day of your training and it will take some time to be reviewed by our HR team.

Once you successfully pass your probation and get offered a permanent position, you will need to fill out and submit IRS W-4 tax document and USCIS I-9 form to become our full-time employee. We will notify you in advance if they need to submit those forms occurs to assure a smooth transition to your full-time position.

The address we have in your CRM profile will be used for mailing your paycheck. If you would like your check to be sent to an alternate address, please advise me of this address, including your zip code.

I wish you very good luck in your new positions!

I hope you will enjoy fully working in our team, and that you pass your probation period with flying colors!

Thank you for your time. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding Payroll.

Thank you,

Jennifer Edwards / Payroll Dept."

A few days later packages began to arrive at my residence that contained electronics beauty construction etc. I was given a database to log into as described in the job offer, to which I would report to a supervisor named Natly Coleman [email protected]. I would log in the packages and shipping labels were provided to send them to their final destination. I would ship them via UPS and FedEx. I did the role for 30 days. Within those 30 days, I communicated regularly with Natly Zoe and Jennifer.

At the end of the 30 days I got an email from Jennifer stating the following:

Congratulations on hitting the end of your probationary period!

It was great to have you as a part of our team.

The decision on your full-time enrollment with BRIELD will be made on a basis of the comprehensive feedback, reported by your supervisor to our HR Department on the last day of your training, as well as your overall performance score during the probationary month.

It takes up to 10 business days for our HR team to review it and make a decision due to the increasing amount of applicants recently.

You will be notified about the results of your evaluation via email from our HR rep at their earliest convenience.

You might be still receiving a few orders in the next couple of days since they could've been assigned to your

account before the end of your probation or due to the working schedule of your local couriers.

Just follow the instructions of your supervisor, she will advise you whether you should process them, send them to

our Returns Department or hold onto those packages till our HR makes a decision.

Your paper check was issued and mailed today at approx 3 pm PST.

Usually, it takes around 10 business days to arrive by USPS regular mail.

The duration a paycheck takes to get from our location to yours will depend on the distance between the addresses, carrier, selected postal speed, etc.

Please inform us once it is delivered.

Thank you,

Jennifer Edwards / Payroll Dept.

A month has gone by and they will not return my emails and the numbers they provided are fake. I haven't received my paycheck. I've searched the Internet looking for anything about Brield/Omintech International. The website is the only thing that comes up

https://brield.com/. The office it's registered under is an abandoned building and the contact number brings you to a voicemail.

Please avoid this company. They are scammers.

I still had a return shipping label with this address: WAREHOUSE UNIT…16027 Live Oaks Circle, Rosharon Tx 77583, I put it in Google Map and it brought up a residential street with individual residential homes…pull it up and let me know will it help us find them…My name is Debora…[email protected]

This company scammed me and had me work for them for one month and promised me a paycheck. I never received my paycheck and they have all my personal information

I Want My Money

I’ve been with brield since Nov 18 , got packages delivered to me i sent those packages off through USPS , Fedex and UPS , did all the work and still never received a paycheck been emailing a lady name Jennifer she claim my check was sent out on the 20th of Dec but i still haven’t received it yet

I also worked for Brield never received my paycheck still waiting on my check i email jennifer everyday she stopped replying back to me i have all the proof i need to take legal actions

Started working for this company and it seemed grear because i have kids and it was very flexible. Went through whole interview process and everything. Was supposed to get paid but no check, they supposedly sent another check but i still haven’t received anything, it’s now been one month since i was supposed to get paid and nothing. Unable to log into system because it’s under maintenance and unable to get ahold of anyone. Not sure what to do.

Same here i uploaded they contact info because this is not right i know its some kind of way we can take legal actions

Exact same thing happened to me! I'm still waiting on the "replacement" check and I can't log into the site either.

Brield hired me after interview and started sending packages to my home. I would hold invenotry they send it out. Zoe Roberts was the HR person and the payroll person Jennifer Edwards. Once the contract was over the claim to send a check and never do. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They will just still information.

You can never get a hold anybody and never recieve pack check. I am going to see what I do with legal action.

I got the exact email. My "replacement" check was supposedly mailed on 12/14/21, still not here. And of course now Jennifer and Zoe are not responding.

Still no check and their response.

They contacted me about a job I applied it seemed great because i have 3 kids to take care of .I did thr work on the website seemed fishy but I was like im going to try it out you never know check was never issued !

Samething happen to me. Are going to take legal action?

Like the person above, I also worked for Brield during their probationary period to be told they couldn't hire me permanently due to no demand in my area. I never received my pay for my probationary period and have exchanged several emails with both HR and payroll departments. I was told my check was sent twice and it has now been a month since I was supposed to be paid. I signed contracts and they have all my personal information.

I worked for Brield for their probationary period of 30 days and was supposed to receive my first check last week. This job is called Inventory Associate and I just received packages to my house, checked them, printed new shipping labels, and sent them out via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. They had me fill out a W9 tax paper which included my social security number.

They got me also if you try to login it will not let you. I still have a few things that were never mailed out.
