On Wednesday October 4th, 2023 the client paid Brianna J Credit Repair Services, LLC for her ‘Single Member Gold Package’. To participate in the package, members required access to a secure portal to upload documents for credit verification. Services guaranteed to be included in the package included: • 6-9 months of advanced credit repair dispute services • 20-60 credit score increase every 30-45 days Findings: • Exhibit A- Text message 10/4/23 8:56pm- Client informs business of intent to start proceedings with credit repair • Exhibit B- Receipt for payment • Exhibit C- Cashapp Payment • Exhibit D- Online advertisings Brianna Jenkins, LLC guaranteed access to the Client Portal to begin services within 72 hours of payment for the client to begin the credit repair process of uploading documents. This was stated prior to payment and was confirmed by Ms. Briana Jenkins during phone conversation on 10/04/23. On Sunday, October 8th, client had still not received access to the Client Portal as promised. Client began trying to locate Ms. Jenkins to no avail. Several business messages were posted to her online account during this time. Findings: • Exhibit E- Text message 10/8/23- 7:54pm- Client asking for access to email portal • Exhibit F- Email message 10/9/23-3:51pm and 3:53pm- Client asking for access to portal • Exhibit G- Client tried to call 1-800-401-8350 and other business numbers however number was disconnected • Exhibit H- Multiple Facebook messenger messages sent 10/9/23 - Client asking for access to email, services, business does not send accurate number On October 10th, Client requested refund of payment of $800.00 as services had not been rendered within 72 hours as promised. Findings: • Exhibit I- Email from client asking for refund, company responded that they would make contact, however failed to do so. On October 11th 168 hours post-payment, Ms. Jenkins attempted to deliver access to the portal stating that she had scheduled maintenance. Ms. Jenkins has since refused to refund payment for not supplying credit repair services at the time agreed. No services have been performed on her behalf. Disputes have been filed with the following entities: • Bank of America, Dept of Consumer Affairs, BBB, Cashapp
