I reported this “debt collector” known as Brian Johnson representing Feldman & Stein. to the CFPB for harassing me and my mother, threatening to sue me without a summons, refusing to identity himself, impersonating a attorney, and threatening to garnish my bank account even though that’s not possible according to NY state law up to 1,740 of my bank account is exempt from garnishment and I have less than that plus i’m unemployed. Be aware he will violate your rights make sure to research your own state/federal consumer laws and speak with a attorney when necessary.
