Received an email from this fraudulent company requesting I simply send an email with the word "agree" as a response to them to pay a subrogation lien for health benefits paid for one of my clients. I had already issued payment for this health care lien out of a settlement long before this email came about. They included a fake employee benefits plan, as well. I notified BCBS of this, as well, as they are the lien holder.
