I did not receive this order and have been in contact numerous times. They say they are working on a refund. The order was p[laced on March 30. 2023. Please place them on a list and help me receive my refund.

Product received was nothing like what was in Ad. It was a jacket made out of paper and rubber horrible. I tried to return (policy says 45 days to return) but they said no. Offered me $5 then ghosted me. Won’t return messages.

Purchased a product. When received, very thin poor quality. When following procedure to request a refund, refund was denied multiple times via email. Return policy on their website states "If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved."
