I ordered from them in April. $105.00 I kept emailing them and got the same response as you. I finally called my bank and did a claim. I rcvd my money back from my bank and now this company is emailing me stating they ship the product. I received a box yesterday that was not what I ordered, it was plastic paper box 4 little one. They adverts the stuff and keep you money or send you something that not what your ordered. And now the website is gone.

I ordered in April 2020 $151.63 worth of shoe boxes that I have not received. I tried reaching out to the company by email. I was asked can I wait for them to 5-12 business days and that was in May. Here it is almost September and I still haven't received anything yet. I asked for a refund or my merchandise and I haven't received neither one. I tried to pull up the website and it no longer exist. There need to be something done to the individuals who scamming people out of their money. I don't know about nobody else but I don't have money for other people to just take. I work too hard to be dealing with stuff like this when it's my money.

Absolutely the worst. 6 months to get the junk that was sent. Not at all what was advertised. Flimsy thin plastic that you put together and the door won’t stay on the front AT ALL. I was totally ripped off.

I spent $174 on sneaker shoe boxes. I ordered them several months ago. I received a message a month ago describing the shipping schedule- 20 days. No one is responding anymore and there is no contact information. I thought I would work on my closet during the pandemic and stay at home order but it has been so long ai finished a lot f other projects. I am furious there has to be something I can do to the scammers - I work for the government I am going to use every resource I can find to track them down. They are not getting away with this.

This is a website misrepresenting a shoebox that they do not deliver. The shoebox is not the one shown in their videos and pictures as promised. I learned this through other customers who actually received a product. I spent $104 and did not receive the product nor a response to several emails. I requested a refund but have never been addressed. The site states 90 day returns warranty and refund if not 100% satisfied with the product this is all untrue. I have not even been able to get through to a person to address my issue. They report selling a quality product but not one person upon my investigations has received the product they claim when asking for your money. So upset about being scammed I hope this helps someone else not fall for their lies. At this point I am afraid that they try to steal my information but thank God I haven’t seen any sign of that yet. But I am out $104 this site needs to be shut down.
