I placed an order with Breedlove Beauty Co. on October 15, 2024, through their Shopify website. The company charged me $60.50, confirmed my order, and then completely stopped communicating. I followed up multiple times via email across three different contact addresses, including responses to their promotional emails, and received no reply. As of April 2025, I have still not received the products I paid for.

Since then, the original Shopify site has shut down, but the company continues to send promotional emails and appears to be operating through other platforms, including Google Pay and Big Cartel. This indicates an ongoing pattern of accepting payment while failing to fulfill orders or respond to customers.

I am sharing this report to warn others. Do not purchase from this company without verified delivery or tracking. If you’ve experienced something similar, I recommend filing a complaint and reporting to consumer protection authorities.
