I bought a “jacket” using PayPal so I felt protected- but never received correspondence- email is invalid and PayPal won’t dispute it because there ended up being no “invoice” on my order. Total scam :/. Hoping my credit card will refund me

I was looking around online for a cheap leatherman free p2 multitool. I saw breathebalm.com had one for $15.00 usd.

I figured it was a scam, but needed proof. So i bought the tool. Turns out you dont pay a buisness, you pay an indiviuals paypal acc.

To the best of my recollection, this happened july 17, 2022. I recieved tracking info 2 days later. I looked it up. It said "delivered" & nothing was in the mailbox.

Plus, the tracking info says it shipped the multitool on the 16th... when the day i bought the leatherman was the 17th. I know i bought it on the 17th, so theres no way it could have shipped BEFORE i bought the product.
