I place an order on the website. For 3 different size ice coolers. They use Pay Pal platform for their means of payment. A few days later I received the email from the merchant that my my order was in trans to me. I then received notification from USPS that my package was delivered. At no time did I receive the package. I notified USPS and upon further investigation a delivery was made of an item weighing14 ounces but not to my address. It is impossible for three ice coolers to weigh 14 ounces.
