Scammer called on my work phone; after my greeting - which includes my first name per company policy; the scammer said my first name as a question. Regrettably, I said "yes." and then realized it was probably a scam. I reported to our communications specialist who will be blocking the number. My co-worker called the number back and option 2 of the greeting was to "opt out" of future calls. Have since learned that this is another tactic scammers use to find out if a phone line is "active".
