I applied for a payday bad credit loan to a site that took my information and sent to various lenders. I was contacted back by Brayon Mutuall Service ofp Delware saying that they recieved my application and had approved me for $3000. I was told that it was to be a secured loan, so i needed collateral. My options were, the deed to my house, the title to my car, or. The first three paayments on the loan up front. I chose the third. I was told to wire the money to the lender and i would recieve the funds in 1 to 2 hours. I did so. Then i got the big run around. First i called and tried to assure this company that i cannot afford to get caught up in a scam. I was assured by Rhonda Waley that this would not be the case. Once my payment was made,then everyone was in a freenzy because it was friday. Then recieved my payment at 3:37 pm. By 11:45pm i was still being assured that they were just waiting for the funds to be released. No funds friday, saturday, sunday. Called back on monday and was told by Rhonda Waley that my loan was put on hold by their insurance company, however, if i was to send another $200 i could get my loan pushed through. After telling her i didn't have another 200. I was told that she would put me in for a refund that would take 30 days. The address that they are using is 6 Denny Rd. Wilmington DE 19809.
