I attempted to change a ticket name after purchasing a ticket through their site due to incorrect spelling of the last name, however the company was unable to do so. Even after multiple back and forth and being over a month out from flying I could not change the name. I attempted to get a refund for the ticket, and again, they only wanted to give back "some airport taxes," even then I was told to expect the refund in 2 months time. Do not use them, go through the airline or a legitimate site. They will not conduct business on good faith terms.
