I have been a victim of this ongoing romscam. He claimed to be a US Marines in duty near chad. He called himself as Braven Boyd or Mason Boyd. We've been talking for months and I did actually fell for this. I knew something was wrong because he was asking for money due to paper payments or he can't access to his accounts because of restrictions. This scammer called me. He doesn't seem to have that bad african accent. He never did videocall because according to him he'snot allowed due to his "covert mission". Then things go on and on for months. One day I asked him about things but it seems like his stories don't match. He said different thinga on instagram and on Hangouts. He kept saying to me that he will come and visit me so we will be planning our future together. But before things comes to that, I did send him money. I really fall hard. I lost my savings. Then I messaged someonefrom his added friend and asked if he asked money and to my surprise , he did asked. And also send severak pictures to the girl. I was so stupid to believein everything. I wish I didn'tfall for this but it did. Well, I did curse him. I'm so freaking mad. It'sa lessin learned. I don'teven care if I don'thave a bf now. I hope u won't fell for this [censored]. Never trusts anyone especially claiming to be inlove with u when u don't see him.
