I saw the advertisement for great lace front wigs and all you had to pay was the shipping. I assumed this was a way for them to boost customers and business, however I normally do reviews of things online before I purchase them but I just thought it was jus a great deal and so I jumped at it. It wasn't until after I made the purchase for two 360 lace front wigs that I watched several reviews which all stated that this was not in fact the correct product that they will ship out to you; they don't want to refund people's money & they don't reply in timely fashion. Also that it takes about two months for the shipping, they're not a US based company that the product is not at all like what they described in the photo. I paid for the purchase on Wednesday and emailed them Friday and they told me that the item was already shipped and that I couldn't get a refund but they would offer me 20% off. I told the rep that I didn't want to do business with them at all I just wanted my money back one way or the other and that I'd be happy to ship them back their product but she never replied after that.
