I received the attached email (through my work email) from Brant Dangelo, stating I had requested a payment from his paypal account. Not only did he have my work email, he also had my home address. He basically said he didn't know me and why was I trying to access his account, and mentioned he was advised to contact the police about fraud. I have never heard of Brant Dangelo and I have never used paypal in my life and wouldn't even know how to use it. The wording of the email and the sentence structure was very poor, which led me to suspect it was some kind of a scam. I did not reply as I was concerned that I might set off some kind of computer virus. What bothers me is how did he get my email address and my home address? I am also concerned about identity theft.
