called work phone to tell me i would be served if i did not call a number within an hour. i made contact and was told i had a wells fargo debt prior that had been charged off. i gave them my email in which i had to sign and follow through with payments. before signing anything i called wells fargo and made sure i did have have a credit card charged off. called twice and reps were very friendly and denied that i ever had a wf card that was charged off. i researched address of company which was on their emailed letterhead. i made contact with an attorney within that business space and again a gentlemen was very friendly and knew about brandt group being scammers within those offices.
