I purchased a V-trap pool vacuum and have not received it yet and when I call them it goes to voice-mail and I have not heard back from them. I have left 5 messages and I also sent them an email still no reply from them or my order I purchased. I used my debit card and I have spoke to my bank but they cannot put a hold on money or give my money back since I used my debit card. How do I get my money back from them?
