This company communicated with me by email from the time of my inquiry to the point of charge and approval of the proof. After that time, they have not answered my emails of asking when to expect the product. I called their number after several no responses through email, but it wasn't working. I also tried communicating on their chat box on their website. It said to expect an answer in 2 hrs. This was last week, and I have heard nothing from them. I have called my bank, and the charge is now in dispute.
