I am able to register Kyson today if that will work for you. and if I proceed with the puppy registration now you will be getting the puppy tonight or tomorrow morning because it is the same day delivery. Thanks for getting back to us on the next step. It's all good then, I am just reading through your email with my partner, we feel good about this and have decided to place the puppy in your home. The delivery transportation of Kyson over to your location will take just 4-6 hours to get to your doorsteps. I love the service of a delivery company because they are so fast .After the registration I will provide you with the puppy's registration number okay and everything you shall be paying for Kyson is $900 in total which includes the rehoming & Delivery charges. I communicated back and forth via text and phone with "Brandon" and agreed to pay $350 deposit for Puppy Kyson who is listed on the website as available. Was provided with Zelle account for his sister with the following information:

Please send me a confirmation screenshot once payment has been sent and please make sure you copy the Zelle email correctly and on the Memo you only put the name of your puppy Kyson okay"
Sent the money and confirmation screen shot as requested and then have heard nothing for several hours until I attempted to request the money back. They stated that they would be moving forward and set up registration and transport for the following Monday (today) Nov 1st when after sending confirmation information through a shipping service called Delta Cargo with the following website: https://deltacargoairrelocationsolutions.com/
I was given a tracking number and their customer service agent stated they had a puppy that was all set to be sent to me with the following information:

I alerted them that I was not certain I was even getting the puppy that I had put money down for and they could not tell me what the puppy looked like that they supposedly had in their possession and was about to be flown out within the hour. They reassured me that all was in order and that the puppy was with the vet and that they work with Brandon all the time to ship his puppies. Once the puppy was supposedly on the first flight, they let me know and so I figured it was okay to pay the final amount being requested by Brandon. Second Payment of $550 was sent to the same "sister's" Zelle account that I had used the first time, but only after it was requested for me to use a completely different account.
Not long after, I get an email from [email protected] with the following message:

The payment of the Refundable Insurance license & Ventilation crate of your puppy has been confirmed and validated and your puppy is insured and your puppy Flight number (702L12A1) is been held and can't take its last transit out today Monday, 1 Nov 2021.
Any identification document such as driver's license or passport is all that is required when you are picking up the puppy at your doorstep.A final check was carried out to make sure your puppy arrives at the (Fayetteville, AR) without any complications.
We wish to inform you that after sending your puppy travel requirements to the United States Department of Animal Import (USDA) office where their last transit takes off, the did their final check to make sure U.S customs requirements for the relocation of animals are met, it was discovered that your puppy doesn't have the following requirements:

Why rabies vaccination? Dogs at 12 weeks and above must be vaccinated against rabies before being transported within the United States.This requirement doesn't apply however to puppies less than 10 weeks of age.
The following procedures pertain to dogs arriving from areas that are not free of rabies: A valid rabies vaccination certificate should accompany the animal. This certificate should be in English or be accompanied by a translation. It should identify the animal, the dates of vaccination and expiration, and be signed by a licensed veterinarian.If a dog hasn't been vaccinated against rabies or has an invalid rabies the document then quarantine will be required.
Proof of Rabies Vaccination:
Dogs at 12 weeks and above must have a certificate showing they have been vaccinated against rabies prior to shipment within the United States.These requirements apply equally to service animals such as Seeing Eye dogs.From the birth certificate of your puppy that we received from the shipper, we have realized that this puppy (702L12A1) is 12 weeks 8 days old today, but haven't been vaccinated against rabies.To get your puppy these vaccines, you will have to deposit $400. We will send the puppy to the company's veterinary hospital for proper rabies vaccination.The rabies vaccination documents and receipts of payment will be made available to you alongside other documents.
Pet Microchip
Your puppy also has identification issues. All animals need Identification before getting into an airplane.Your puppy needs an AVID Microchip - ISO USA Standard. This puppy has the 10 digits AVID Microchip which is read-only at major airports in the EU. Once the puppy is in the USA, veterinarians and airport agents can't read this type of chip which makes it difficult for your puppy to be identified.You'll have to get the 9 digits AVID Microchip- used in the USA or the 15 digits AVID Microchip- most widely used for the cost of $950 for them.
What is a Microchip? A microchip is a tiny computer chip which has an-identification number programmed into it.The chip is encased in a smooth, strong biocompatible glass, and is small enough to fit into a hypodermic needle.Once an animal is injected with the chip, he/she can be identified throughout his/her life by this one-of-a kind number.His/Her identification cannot be lost, altered or intentionally removed.
The chip is typically implanted subcutaneously between your pet's shoulder blades. The process does not require any sedation or anesthesia, as the needle used to insert the chip is no bigger than any normal vaccination needle.Aside from maybe a little initial swelling from the injection itself, you will not be able to see or feel the chip afterward.The chip is inert, smooth and biocompatible, so there is no chance of the body rejecting the microchip or developing an allergy. At the port of export and port of entry, the inspectors will scan the chip. It is one of the ways countries can control disease - so they always know who is coming and going, and what sort of vaccinations they have had.
You have to buy an ISO standard Microchip used in the USA to make sure your puppy can be identified by customs officers and veterinarians for a check-up before departure and upon arrival.

This is unacceptable, since Brandon told me that all vaccinations had been done and that the animal had already been microchipped. Absolutely no response back from Brandon when I alerted him to this via text. I then inquired with the shipping company why they would take an animal that had not had this done prior when animal was supposedly checked with vet prior to leaving Chicago. They were fully aware of the email that I received and the person on the online chat stated:
"Yes we just got information from the USDA remember i told you the puppy had one transit So when your puppy gets on transit this check is carried out by the USDA Sent by: Agent5:38 PM
I informed the agent that I was not even certain there was a puppy and that if there was it supposedly already had microchip and vaccinations up to date. I told them that I would be including their participation in what I now think is an elaborate puppy scam to the BBB. They then stated:
"If the payment isn't made the puppy will be send to the quarantine department and you will be charge for pet abandonment"
I told them that it was not my responsibility and that they should just send the dog back to wherever they got it if there even is a dog, since I have no responsibility for an animal that had not been properly vaccinated or chipped. I again informed them that all of this information would go into my report. They then threatened me with the police stating:
"Okay thank you the police will contact you soon it seem like you don't know what it means to abandon a pet you should check online"
I am actually not 100% sure that I can be held liable, but that is another incredibly crazy part of this scam if so!
I must also say that I did some more looking around online and I found the exact pictures of Kyson except his name was Ash and he had a similar looking sister. I called for more information, since they were both no longer available and was told that they had no idea of a breeder in Chicago named Brandon, but that these puppies came from a breeder in Utah. Brandon insisted that the dog I was getting was Kyson as pictured in the emails he had sent to me and that he was a God fearing man and would never scam someone. Even told me that he and his wife lost out over $7K to a vehicle scam this year and how he could never do such a thing to someone else.
