Brandon & Associates Travel Agency requested to buy our UVC Membership in Mexico - hired a USA Attorney, Law Firm of Sean Travis Scott based in Connecticut to represent both the buyer & seller of this transaction to help facilitate the completion of sell. After we signed the purchase agreement with the law firm, whom assured us there would be no fees out of pocket from the seller's side, fee after fee after fee kept showing up. No explanation of why the fees & how the fees were calculated - $33,365.40 in fees were paid out of pocket by the sellers & the closure of sell never closed. Time after time we were assured by the law office, "no more fees & sell will close after this is paid". Once fee was paid, payout was guaranteed to happen within 24 - 48 hours yet after 48 hours we were notified by additional fees that must be paid in order for sellers to be paid out from Mexico. This was an elaborate scam with various "government" & "business professionals" involved.
