After about a week of waiting for a shipping update, I received an email from them on 4/12/23 telling me my order was refunded. There was no explanation for why my order seemed to be cancelled and refunded. I called the phone number listed on their website, several times over the course of the next couple days and the phone never rang, it was a fake number. I then tried seeking help on their website through the "chat" function, and I was told to "file a complaint with my bank". That was it, no explanation as to why my order was cancelled or when/if I'll receive a refund. I have called my credit card company to report fraud, but something needs to be done about this scammer's website.
