Still didn’t get my order ?

I ordered in October 2021 and it’s January 2022 I’ve sent more than a few emails and DM’s on Instagram and still no response no nothing from them wouldn’t recommend them at all to anyone stay away ! Poor service they get a lot of complaints I wish I knew this before I seen the cool video on tiktok

Buyer Beware!

I did a purchase order August 2021, it’s now Dec 21, 2021 still nothing, I have not received my order. I’ve made several attempts to contact Brahma Customs with no personal reply to my requests for information. I was sent a bogus “Your order has been shipped” email with no information or tracking three months after my order was placed. Almost a month after my “shipped” notification I was sent a tracking number that has no tracking. I referenced the number through USPS and they stated “Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item”. I don’t know what kind of shady or mismanaged business this is but don’t waste your time or money on this unprofessional, non-communicative so called business. Look them up on BBB, others have had the same issues.

Horrible! Would never buy from there again. I bought in jan and messaged them multiple times never sent me or any tracking. So when they finally replied they said give them time been months and got tired so I asked for a refund and after that no reply from them. Until now they haven’t paid my refund! Ridiculous and horrible !

I bought some pair of shoes from this company at the beginning of December. As today, si have received an email from them regarding my shipment. I sent an email asking for my items and no one has responded.
