This scammer calls from a local number and then leaves a robotic sounding message on a voicemail stating you have to call them back at once with a crazy reference number and then they leave some other number unrelated to the one the call is orginating from and they say if you dont call back they will persue this matter within the laws of your state. They mainly try and get people to call back this number which is 866 546 0098 they have a godaddy website which is totally bogus as well
