This Eric Levine has been calling me several times a day and texting me plus calling some friends and family to illicit information about me. even leaving messages to call him as it is in regards to a family member to get them to call back. i requested information from him and he did send the a document but i do not recognize the company or firm. while i did do some payday loans this one i do not recognize nor can i validate with my bank. he is threatening me with lawsuit, jail and garnishment. i asked me why this is so old and he said company realized it would reach time limits. it all seems legit but i have had these calls before and i paid then realized it was a scam later. i'm sure that's why i am being targeted again but this guy is persistent. how do I stop him ? !!!
