Boysec was advertising on instagram for discounted clothing. I ordered a garment and received a confirmation email. 10 days later I emailed them via [email protected] requesting a tracking number. They responded and said a tracking number takes 3-7 days after the order is placed. After reaching out to others on instagram, I learned others had been experiencing the same thing. And no one had received their order or a tracking number. I demanded a refund but they claimed it would take 15-25 days for refund and that a $5 gift card for future purchases would be sent to me if I kept the order. I emailed back saying that was ok. 4 days later still no tracking number and no response. I feel I have been scammed based on my experience and others stating the same. The purchase was for $69. My order was placed on 11/7/2020, and as of today I have not received anything.
