Received an email From Sharon Sprock re: invoice NNAS86116710786-2023 stating I would be charge $470 within 24 hours as a result of an auto debit previously established. Had not contracted for the service and did not automatically renew, so called (877) 717-8699 to cancel. Was told I had to let them access my computer to cancel, then saw that they deleted my firewall ! They then said i needed to pay to cancel and realized I was being scammed.
