I purchased an item online at their website with 2-3day shipping and received a confirmation order number(1104) text message stating that they will notify me when it ships. It’s been a week and I have not received any shipping info or the product. I contacted the merchant via email and got no reply and I also contacted the merchant on their Instagram account regarding the issue and since then they have changed their name on their account after my boyfriend and I contacted them.
