We were purchasing a boxer puppy she was suppose to be shipped to us. When time to ship they wanted more money we refused now we have no puppy and they won't refund our money or communicate with us..

Wife Bought a Boxer puppy on line 4-6-2021. had pictures and info about the dog. said they were in Florida .we payed 500 and 200 for shipping, through PayPal .Had tracking number, tracked up to Detroit Mi , then received a call from shipper , 720-577-5537,Quick International Express saying we needed to pay a refundable amount of 1150.00 for pet insurance for them to proceed with the delivery . I said i wasn’t going to give them any money I would check into it .shipper said would call back in 24 hours saying the dog was in quarantine, and maybe could be released. Could barely understand his English. never called back ,emailed seller she said didn’t know anything about the shippers charge and was sorry and that we should pay them ,then no more messages after that .seller deleted all messages and pictures from website .

I joined a Facebook Group called Boxer Puppies. I was in search of a puppy. I saw a picture of a puppy I liked and Private Messaged on Boxer Puppies Messenger about the puppy on June 21st. They stated that she was available, how much she was and where she was located. I asked for more pictures before I paid $300 through the CashApp to reserve her. After I paid the money, I had more correspondence on Messenger. I asked for a phone number to call June 26th. No answer. On June 24th, I saw a message on the Facebook Boxer Puppies page asking for me to contact Ruiz Carisse the owner of Boxer Puppies group. She stated that their FB page was hacked and that FB was notified but to continue to contact them about the puppy with Ruiz Carisse. Then, she asked for the balance to process the paperwork. I paid the $300 balance through CashApp. She sent me a different tag. They sent me the paperwork and health guarantee to be signed. On July 15th, 16th & 17th I messaged them to let them know the plan for the pick-up of the puppy that Saturday and received no answer. On the 17th, I drove the 7 and a half hours from Las Vegas to San Jose. About 30 minutes after arriving they messaged me that there was family emergency and they moved to El Paso, TX and they have the puppy. They said that they could ship the puppy to me and it would cost $300. I paid $300 through the CashApp. They stated that they couldn’t ship her until the next day. The next day I could not get a hold of them by phone or messenger. Wednesday, the 22nd I requested that they ship her on Friday the 24th. They said that it would work out perfect. On Friday, the 24th I received a text message from the shipping company asking for money to rent the travel crate that would be refunded to me upon delivery. I paid $950 through the CashApp. Then, I received confirmation that the puppy was moving and on her way to me. On Saturday, the 25th, I received a text and email from the Agency stating that my puppy was at the Phoenix Airport and there was a hold on my puppy because she needed 24 hr pet Insurance for $1050 which is refundable upon delivery of the puppy. I called the airport to verify that the puppy was there and was told by two different reps that I was being scammed and that there is no puppy on hold. Today, the 26th, Ruiz Carisse is still contacting me about getting the puppy to me and how I just need to pay the remaining $1050 for the insurance or we could find a way to work it out. “Don’t leave the puppy there.”
