I ordered off their website because I saw tons of ads. I ordered four for Christmas presents on December 4. I emailed them later that night because all of the bad reviews scared me so I wanted to cancel my order. They said they had a zero cancellation policy. They also said my product would be there in three business days. It is now Dec. 28th and the tracking number shows nothing. The company will not issue me a refund or give me any explanation of where my product is.

 

Consumer lost $68.00.
