Purchased a pair of sunglasses back in May the 22nd 2018 from Instagram and still haven't received said sunglasses. Only paid shipping of $4.95. Now they haven't returned any emails and I have filed a complaint with them prior to the company disappearing from the Web.

Https://boxglassestore.com was shown as an ad on Instagram offering free sunglasses (while required to pay for s&h of $4.95) in exchange for honest reviews. I placed an order on May 17, 2018 and received a confirmation email from box glasses right away. Since it has been close to a month and no email on the status of my shipment, I reopened the confirmation order email and clicked on their visit website link only to no avail.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram for free sunglasses, simply pay shipping. I have friends who have participated in similar promotions. I decided to give this one a try. A month later, no sunglasses and the website is no longer in service.

This company claims to be selling sunglasses for only the shipping price. After purchasing, there is no tracking information and none of your emails will be responded. Your money is just dumped into their account and you are left with nothing.

Box glasses ad popped up on my Instagram feed for free sunglasses with only shipment payment , never received the sunglasses and after a couple of days a foreign transaction fee showed up on my credit card followed by a big purchase on Nike.com

Box Glasses attracts customers by offering sunglasses for free. All you have to pay is shipping. They will charge $4.95 for shipping, but there's no indication that they will ever actually send a product. It's hard to tell exactly what they're after. It could be a money making scam to get $5 out of each person who visits their website, but they also collected my email address and physical address, and I feel like my personal information has been compromised. I had to cancel my debit card as well because I didn't know if I might start seeing weird charges on my account. The whole website is clearly and obviously a scam. The transaction showed up on my account as "Sidney Glasses" and was listed as a "Computer Software Store." So clearly they are NOT a retailer of sunglasses. It's also unclear where in the world they are located and they appear to operate other websites as well such as sidneyglasses.com. I also believe the website chilliapps.com is involved in this scam.

This company advertises in social media for free sunglasses if you pay shipping. They change their company name and website almost every day, stealing money from people who trust that there are no scams on Instagram. After literally hundreds of emails to this company I have not received a response or my product.
