I had a similar experience. The product I received was nothing like the product advertised. The website says that it is made in the USA, but it shipped from China. The product I ordered came damaged. When I contacted them for a refund they gave me the runaround. Like someone else's review they said it would be at least $20 to ship the product back. The website says 100% money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, but they said that they could only give me back 35%. I doubt that I will see even that. Do not order from this company. It is a total scam.

This product is counterfeit!! DO NOT PURCHASE! The advertisement says hand painted - it’s printed on. It shows Velcro - you get one time use tape circles. The stupid windmill was printed onto the board - can’t use any of the other pieces because the windmill is still viable - not interchangeable. They say no fuss guarantees- they put up a HUGE fuss. Original time for shipping was within 2-4 days - make that 2 months.

WORST EXPERIENCE and reporting to ScamPulse.com so this can at least be a known issue.

If you try to send it back, they will charge you $20.
