I order some clothes from this website. The second day I received and email asking me to provide my a picture of my credit card used in this transaction and also a copy of my driver license.

They advertise on facebook, and I thought the clothes were beautiful. I ordered a dress and two tops in my size. One of the tops was advertised as a small, 37 inches in the bust - when it arrived, not only did it not fit, it could barely close this blouse around my next-door 12-year old neighbor, and her bust/torso measures 29 inches in the bust. The clothes are extremely poor in construction and look like the stitching will come off after the first wash in the washing machine. The website says I have 30 days to return the items, however I should email them first to get the return address. I did as instructed, and I got this response: Hi, dear. We are so sorry for this convenience, Considering the expensive shipping fee and complicated returns,1, If you are willing to keep the item, we will compensate you a 15 % off coupon (ZQ15) and plus $5 cash code for your next order. 2, If you are willing to keep the item, we will offer 20% partial refund.

I emailed back stating that I had no intention of keeping clothes that a) looked nothing like the photos on their website, and b) did not fit (despite my going by their sizing instructions), and c) they were of such poor construction they were bound to come apart in a washing machine cycle. I never heard back. I tried calling the number advertised on their website, and it connects to a number in Changchun, Jilin, China. Nobody picks up, just a message in Chinese, then later on a message in English that says, "The number you are trying to call is powered off." I tried multiple times calling this number morning, noon and night since October 4th, 2018, but to no avail. These people are scammers.
