Ordered Windshield Repair Kit on April 22, 2020. Was billed $58.75 and added to a monthly club I didn't request. Was told it would arrive in 2-4 weeks and if it had been longer than 5, to contact customer service. I emailed them at 5 weeks with no response back. Emailed a 2nd time on June 9 and told them if i didn't hear from them by 5pm on June 10, i would be reporting them to BBB. They emailed me on June 10 and said they would request a reship and provide me with tracking once it had shipped. After not hearing from them for 9 more days, I emailed again and requested a full refund. They immediately emailed back and said they would refund the $1.95 and half of the monthly membership. I haven't received anything from the membership but heartache so emailed again and requested a full refund or I would be contacting BBB.

Yeah, don't give them a break at all. My new mission in life is to expose scammers and cons. This is one. Also file a complaint with the FTC, the Federal Trade Commission. That makes some of these crooks nervous: I just a couple days ago got all of my money back for a ketofast scam.

I order 1 Nano Liquid for my phone at what was supposed to be $1.95. I was billed $83.50. I am disabled on a fixed income. Now I have to dispute that charge with my bank. Until that goes through, that money is tied up. It is causing me a great hardship. Believe me, if I could afford a lawyer, I'd sue them, too!

Stay on their butts , same thing happened yesterday and I too am on a fixed income. I make screen shots of all online orders on my phone. They emailed yesterday that I agreed to a 'VIP membership.' Emailed back that I didn't, that I have a copy of what was ordered, to refund the entire amount and cancel the Nano liquid too. I am also in touch with my bank. Shame on them. Not letting this go; shame how many people DON'T follow through and just take the loss. ?

I also ordered the nano tape on April 14, 2020 for a cost of $1.95 shipping. I didn't discover the charge of $59.95 until my last months statement. It was listed as On The Fence Muscle and I couldn't even locate that company. I am in my late 70's and knew I would not have ordered something from this company. I've been fighting this for over a month and now find out it is a stinkin' scam and you've done this to other people. I will not pay that money. I disputed the charge and my credit card company removed the charge and issued me a new card. When they spoke to you, you told them that something was ordered & delivered. You lied. I have no such delivery recorded on my "ring". Now I find out, after a great deal of research that you, in fact have done this to other people. I refuse to be responsible for something I didn't order. I will fight this. You take that charge off or I will find a way to file suit. Shame on you people.

I also was scammed with this electric box, It said Free and only $1.95 shipping. No where did I see a membership fee. I also found this ad on fb. They took $59.66 and won't give it back. I told them I saw nothing about a membership fee. They refunded 80%, I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor and of course not one available. I looked on the so called page they sent me and it show's nothing of a membership fee, a few items, but no elect box and it say's no orders. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB. I asked him what items they sold, he didn't know. This is all a big scam. Be careful as they are very hard to deal with and won't give you back your money. I finally got part of it back after weeks of arguing with them back and forth. I still want the rest of my money back as they are nothing but SCAMMERS and he didn't know where my order was. This is so not right. It says it is spendsavers club and on my charge it say's LowerTroutMscle! SCAMMERS!

I ordered nano tape way back in April. I should have known from the beginning that something was not right with them. I was charged 9.99 for shipping+over $55. I was able to get refunded for the $55 & was told my order would arrive in 4wks. To this day I still have not received it. I've sent several emails but finally got one reply on June 1 saying it was delivered. Well, thats not true. I am in with the postal service, & my family members are with other carriers, so I always get mail & packages. The one number I did find, now no one answered or it says invalid. Don't understand why people feel the need to run a SCAM ON OTHERS, it makes no since. I have not seen the advertisement lately, so maybe (HOPEFULLY) THEY GOT SHUT DOWN. But if so, can the please be ordered to return the money they took from me(us)?

I bit on the $1.99 for the nanotape deal and when the charge hit my account it was $59.96 for some monthly club deal as alluded to in the confirmation below. The order acknowledgement I printed out said to contact boutiquebuzznow for customer service. As you will note in the email confirmation the billing reference is lowertroutketo and the business reference is the Cooler Place. You will also note the email was sent from [email protected].

The link to the website says $24.99 but on sale 100 percent cent free. After adding your info it states $1.99 for shipping. However no product ever arrives and the credit card is charged $57.99 hmm a TOTAL SCAM in my opinion.

After making the supposed to be product purchase I received an email from my card company asking did i authorize 57.99 to this company and I was floored at how they scammed me and many others.. I am waiting on disability and don't have any more money lift to pay my bills because they stole it all and now i am trying to get my funds back.

I was checking out for the Nano Tape paying &1.95 shipping and my B of A card was declined. I received a text from B of A Scam Dept. They told me it was a scam and to type name of business then review and I’d see them there as fraudulent. They were trying to charge my card $57.00.
